Indiana Reclamation and Excavating, Inc. Is locally owned and operated by Jennifer and Neil Phillippi. IRE has been providing utility maintenance and restoration for Indianapolis and surrounding communities since 1994.
The Beginnings…
Our start began with one truck completing small restorations for the Indianapolis Water Company. We were thankful for the opportunity and proud to partner with IWC. We expanded our services to include sanitary and storm maintenance for WREP in 1996.
Currently we are a full service water utility contractor specializing in the maintenance and inspection of utility assets and related underground industry services. We continue to provide our restoration and cleanup services.
For 25 years Indiana Reclamation and Excavating, Inc. has taken pride in the services we provide and we are still thankful for the long lasting relationships and the opportunities we have had in partnering our services while serving our communities.

IRE is a Certified WBE with both the State of Indiana Dept. of Administration Minority and Women’s Enterprise Division and the City of Indianapolis Mayor’s Minority Business Development Division.
