Directional Boring

Directional Boring is unique in the fact that is does not destroy the existing ground or obstacles in the bore path. Directional Boring goes above and beyond traditional trenching; connecting utilities and services in places that traditional trenching is impossible. It can be used to go under roads, sidewalks, rivers, even houses if there is a need for it. IRE uses one the most modern of boring machines, the Vermeer DX-24x40 Series II capable of boring a line ranging from 3/4” thickness to 16” thickness and can bore up to 500 foot sections at a time.
